In addition to the screenshots section here at rexxed.com, I decided to zip all interesting screenshots from my previous computer. Some of them are funny, and some of them are fantastic – enjoy!
The Second Life default avatar mesh is a rather crude one, and while the good people at RealXtend are working hard on bringing good avatar meshes to you, many OpenSim grids just support the default avatars. Thus, over time, several sculpted additions have been made to enhance the realism of your avatar. Sculpted toes come to mind, and so do fingernails. Due to female pressure I recently created a set of prim nails for import, and wrote a tutorial on how to make your own custom nail designs.
In addition to that, and exclusively to Rexxed, I’ve got something special for you: A set of sculpted prim claws for all your neko needs.
realXtend has provided free hosting for your avatar for some time now, but it may not be very widely known. You can host your avatar shape, clothes, textures for free at realXtend project’s servers.
Use Avatar creation tool from the realXtend client software to save your stuff there. You can then use the account to access any realXtend world. This means that your avatar will travel with you from world to world, unchanged. Note: World server admins can override your avatar – this feature is meant to preserve world theme – for example in Ants world all the avatars may need to be ants.

Click the picture above to download also the Jaana Avatar model – you can use it with the free account! If you want to generate your avatar from a photo, follow the instructions in the Maxping article where Sylvester Stallone avatar was created as an example.
This is the original realXtend yellow old house presented in so many youtube videos by the realxtend project. This one lacks some of the details of the original, but the house itself is intact. If someone out there has the original model – please send the database files to Maxping.magazine@gmail.com so that we can publish them as they originally were.
Sketchworlds, the first realXtend hosting provider (see Maxping.org article about the Sketchworlds launch), made a new version of the official realXtend viewer. The new Sketchworlds viewer contains some usability tweaks, daylight improvements and cleaned up menus. The viewer can connect to Opensim, realXtend and Second Life.

Use this script to define a new skybox, set light conditions, fix the sun position and avatar landing coordinates upon arrival. A must have for every realxtender.
Free your mind under the blue sky. This one is designed to create an inspiring and easy to breathe atmosphere for your virtual meetings. To be used together with huge pillar terrain.
Specially made for in world meetings, this huge pillar rises straight from the water, giving a nice view all around. On top of the pillar, the flat area provides a plenty of space for your builds and meeting facilities.
Magnificent mountains all around you in this beautiful skybox. Sun is included in a fixed location, so time is fixed too. Instructions how to take the new skybox into use can be found from realXtend wiki. FDL license allows inclusion also in commercial products for free with some special conditions – see here.

I tried first to make Paris Hilton, but that turned out to be somewhat difficult. Instead I took easier target: Jessica looks just fine flying in her new superwoman tights.

Pure beauty in a virtual setting. Generated from a face photograph (http://www.dreamstime.com). Skin is almost too white, especially suitable to be used with red hair.
Carson Raw Designs Real World Geo Key West. Awesome dunes with gradual beaches. Some distortion is expected when fitting a real world location into a 256×256 sq meter sim.

This is a budget terrain (Look at the price!) that has many potential uses. Combine this with another terrain, Watery islands with a lake to get a nice combo for your Opensim or realXtend world. I am planning to take this into use myself and start by building some bridges first for those visitors who don’t like flying. The big island makes a good meeting place for my purposes.
