This is the original realXtend yellow old house presented in so many youtube videos by the realxtend project. This one lacks some of the details of the original, but the house itself is intact. If someone out there has the original model – please send the database files to Maxping.magazine@gmail.com so that we can publish them as they originally were.
Sketchworlds, the first realXtend hosting provider (see Maxping.org article about the Sketchworlds launch), made a new version of the official realXtend viewer. The new Sketchworlds viewer contains some usability tweaks, daylight improvements and cleaned up menus. The viewer can connect to Opensim, realXtend and Second Life.

Use this script to define a new skybox, set light conditions, fix the sun position and avatar landing coordinates upon arrival. A must have for every realxtender.
Your virtual garden is not complete without a bonzai. This rare and beautiful tree needs a place with rocks and harmony. Also likes when someone talks to it.

Free your mind under the blue sky. This one is designed to create an inspiring and easy to breathe atmosphere for your virtual meetings. To be used together with huge pillar terrain.
Specially made for in world meetings, this huge pillar rises straight from the water, giving a nice view all around. On top of the pillar, the flat area provides a plenty of space for your builds and meeting facilities.
Magnificent mountains all around you in this beautiful skybox. Sun is included in a fixed location, so time is fixed too. Instructions how to take the new skybox into use can be found from realXtend wiki. FDL license allows inclusion also in commercial products for free with some special conditions – see here.

Strange plant that looks like a palm tree (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cycas). This is a must have plant for every virtual living room, or for outdoors if your virtual world has warm enough virtual weather conditions.

Supported platforms: Second Life, Opensim (Use Meerkat viewer as shown here)
This is a terrain set of the Maledives, Ziyaarafushi island (the resort is called Summer Island Village). It is made of 3 regions (oar files included), 4 unique terrain textures and some panorama walls (if you like that kind of stuff). Photos, google earth landmark etc are included. Take a look at Ralf’s post from Maledives at Maxping. (his trip emptied Maxping’s expenses jar so we’re not going to get biscuits for the next 324 years).

It is snowing. This is a sim sized snowing effect for your realXtend virtual world. The particle script is a text file so it is rather easy to tweak to fit your needs. Read the instructions from a Maxping article.
The terrain features a giant carbon footprint. There is also lake with a volcano, and the whole terrain is surrounded by a mountain range that makes it a one big valley. It is actually nice if you feel a bit fed up with all the islands that seem to be all too common in contemporary virtual world design.
Evolver is a free web based tool to create new avatars, complete with hair and clothes. And the system is so easy to use that even I get decent results! Take a look at my snowcrash-girl.
Textures for all seasons and all uses. Find fabric, fashion, floor tiles, glass, stone and more. Replace your worn out and tired textures or discover new patterns here. Suitable for realXtend, Second Life and Opensim - at least.
An awesome and huge (over 600) pack of free public domain textures by Torley. Works for virtual worlds, especially for Opensim, realXtend and Second Life.
